- Terms and Conditions:
- All rates are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).
- Hires are subject to availability prior to confirmation.
- We do require a booking deposit of 10% of total hire charge. This is fully refundable for cancellations up to 5 days prior to the start date of your hire. We will issue you with a booking reference number upon your confirmation of booking. All hire charges are paid at the commencement of the hire.
- We accept cash and all major credit cards.
- All Drivers:
- No additional charges for extra driver.
- New Zealand law requires that all driver(s) be 21 years of age or older.
- Driver(s) must produce a valid New Zealand, International or Overseas license.
- New Zealand Taxes:
- All hire charges include New Zealand Taxes (GST).
- Mileage Charges:
- Our rates include unlimited mileage on all hires over a five day period.
- One Way Hires:
- Vehicles may be hired between any two of our agencies. Please note that a minimum hire period and/or one way hire fee may apply.
- Vehicle Insurance:
- Rental Vehicle and Third Party insurance are included in our rates and are subject to a deductable of NZ$2,000.00 Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
- The hirer may choose to lower the deductable (excess). We will be pleased to discuss the various levels of reduction on your arrival.
- Bond:
- A Bond is required for all hires. You may be asked to sign a separate security bond in the form of a credit card imprint or give a cash deposit. This is returned at the end of the hire and the safe return of the vehicle.
- Child Booster and Baby Seats:
- These are provided free of charge but booking is essential.
- Child seats are compulsory in New Zealand for every child under 5 years of age.
- GPS:
- Units are available for hire with our vehicles from $1.00 per day.
